This is a great apartment complex. The amenities are well kept and you can tell the security and management team is working overtime to ensure every tenant is happy living here. I have lived here for about 8 months now and it's been a joy. Neighbors are kind and willing to go out of their way to help you. Walls are thick, however you can hear some noises through the vents at times but its rare and hasn't bothered me to much as I am a heavy sleeper. I would say the biggest downsides are the houseless who frequent the area and the parking structure which is a few steps away from the building rather than just right outside. Overall, with how inexpensive the cost of living is here I would say it's worth the minor issues we have come across.

WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE EVER!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!! HUGE SCAM!!! LIES!!! I applied to this apartment complex with a friend almost two years ago. I NEVER toured the complex and NEVER signed any paperwork. Only sparse email communication. Seriously, I have never stepped inside this building. Everything was online and a huge scam or lie. On THE DAY we were supposed to move in and sign the lease, we were told to meet at the apartment complex for keys. Upon arrival, we were told there was no apartment for us and that paperwork on their end had not been completed, but that they couldn’t tell us why there was a delay or what was wrong. Because my current lease expired that day and we were ready to move then and there, we moved on and went with the next place on our list (this whole experience wa

Just moved in… and I love it! Property Management Michelle and Ciara are great, Maintenance man Jeremiah is amazing, and security guard Eden is awesome! The area is very nice and so are my neighbors. The apartment looks modern and cozy. The bathroom is pretty big. Location is so close to the max and it’s right next to the waterfront which is beautiful. The building is very clean and up kept.

I’ve had the absolute most pleasant experience working with Brian at 38 Davis. He has been responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to help me find the right apartment for my needs. Every request I’ve asked for he has delivered in an extremely timely manner, and in the future I wish that every apartment I ever rent could be under Brian‘s management, I know I would be taken care of and be in a home I love. I feel like I matter, and like he truly cares about his residents. 10 stars.

Just moved here. Pros: Apartment looks modern. Kitchen looks new. Bathroom is huge. The places is secured.( No creeper or homeless can't come in) Business people are super helpful and professional 👌 The neighbors are friendly and helpful. The apartments is super quieted The price is good. (Sounds expensive, but come on it's downtown. Every shop, mall, school, max station etc. Is right there. Best of all, is the view of water front. It's absolutely stunning. Best way to wake up to. Cons: Homeless people either panhandling or they have mental breakdown on the street. (But most big cities has a homeless problems anyway) If you have car, the parking is bad. Got to pay everyday or be on a waiting list. Best not to have a car.
