3602 Garrott Apartments

I've had a fantastic experience living at 3602 Garrott Apartments! The modern interiors with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances add a touch of elegance. The spacious walk-in closets are perfect, and the natural light brightens up the space beautifully. The resort-style pool is a great spot to relax, and having on-site storage and laundry is super convenient. Highly recommend it!

Our first year at this apartment complex was amazing, with minimal issues. However, things took a turn in June 2024. The pool was shut down by the Health Department and remained closed for three months, with inconsistent communication from management, which was already frustrating, as it was ALSO the hottest part of the year. In late July, our AC broke. Despite an initial prompt response, the vendor arrived late and couldn't fix it until the next day. The maintenance supervisor's response to our housing situation was appalling, offering us $100 for a hotel or suggesting we sleep in a vacant unit. We eventually decided to break our lease. On October 14th, a violent incident occurred with our neighbor, which resulted in police involvement. The management's response was minimal and inadequa

Edit: they took more than half my deposit after I left the apartment exactly the way they handed it over to me and never responded back with the itemized bill I requested. The complex is quiet and calm, nestled in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The application process was quick. Overall, it has been a nice place to live the last few months and pet friendly.

Charming place in the heart of Montrose. I have lived here for years and management is responsive, understanding, and keeps the place lovely. Close to great walking areas, food, and shops too!
