Review of 360 Property Management We dealt with an unresolved heat pump issue in our rental for over a year and four months. Multiple technicians were sent out during that time. We understand that replacement decisions are ultimately the owner’s call, and some things are outside a property manager’s direct control. However, what was extremely disappointing was the lack of urgency, advocacy, and communication regarding the severity of the situation. This heat pump was our only reliable heat source. Being told that a wood stove (that’s in one closed off room) “counts” as sufficient backup heat is not realistic for a primary heating system in a rental home. The house is over 3,000 sq feet! When we’d lose power this heat source doesn’t work. There’s documentation that the unit has acted up

I really hate leaving negative reviews, but my experience with this property management company has been incredibly frustrating. While the workers are generally helpful, the process of moving out is not. Long story short, this company takes advantage of military and it’s a shame because of the limited amount of availability on the island. At times they are responsive, but definitely wouldn’t rent from this company again

For my NAVY ppl, Be careful with this company. They did not return my full deposit and gave vague reasons for keeping the money. Poor communication and disappointing management overall.

The system didn’t collapse and housing got more expensive, that being said. I read rooms and the landscape/property is well monitored and clean. It’s better than it was when I reviewed last time, The nearby forest is ready for 4th of July I pruned all the poison sumac and pretty flowers should bloom soon. Prayers for all homeowners. Those taxes are no joke. I am confident 360 will help land seekers find homes they will enjoy forever.

We've rented a lot and I was so impressed by how professional and easy to work with 360 was. They handled maintenance issues promptly and were very reasonable when we reached out with any requests or issues. They got back to us quickly and were always easy to get ahold of. The office staff is friendly and keep on top of everything. By far our best rental experience through a management company. I highly recommend renting with them!
