I toured this property today and was genuinely impressed. This was the first of 15 properties I’ve seen across Charleston, and it immediately set a high standard. The photos accurately reflect the property, and in person, it’s even better. I want to start by highlighting Sophie, who was outstanding. She spent over two hours with me, patiently answering every question and offering thoughtful insight about both the building and the surrounding area. I just moved to Charleston, and where I live is important to me—she truly understood that and never rushed the process. She showed me five different units, including one- and two-bedroom layouts in both brown and gray finishes, which really helped me visualize the differences. I absolutely love living at 35 Folly — it’s been such a great home for me and my pup! The privacy is exceptional; you often feel like you’re tucked away in your own peaceful sanctuary. The private dog walk is a HUGE win — clean, quiet, and secure for daily strolls. The pool is gorgeous, well-maintained, and always inviting. The whole complex is thoughtfully laid out, with amenities, green spaces, and a solid sense of community. It’s the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Highly recommend 35 Folly to anyone who wants quality, convenience, and a real sense of home. Sophia was absolutely amazing and you must ask for her when touring !!!!

35 Folly has been a great option for those looking to live near downtown Charleston. It’s in a convenient location that feels close to all the major areas. The management team is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. Jason has been a big help with any of my needs. The property is maintained well and full of great amenities like the pool, gym, and community spaces. Parking is convenient with the garage, which is hard to find with several other buildings in this area. I’ve lived in many apartments over the years, and this is right there with some of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for that Charleston-living feel without having to be in the crowded downtown.

I got very lucky finding this place when I moved down here. I was on a tight schedule finding a place and they were super helpful. I’ve been here for about 4 months now and i have nothing bad to say about it. Everyone here is super friendly, and the staff are very welcoming, especially whenever we need them. Our apartment is beautiful and the amenities are great. Definitely recommend staying her.
