I lived here for all four years of college, and this apartment truly made my time in Boston happier. I honestly think this is the best apartment in Boston. The building is well designed and well maintained, and the location is super convenient. Everything you need for daily life is nearby, and the staff has always been friendly and responsive! Special thanks to Marcus for helping with my move-out process and for following up on my security deposit check after move-out — I really appreciated it! After living here for several years, I can confidently say this is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. It made a big difference knowing the staff genuinely cares about residents, even after move-out. Highly recommend!

Adam from the maintenance team at 345 Harrison has always come through for my maintenance issues. He’s been absolutely fantastic. Every problem was resolved quickly and thoroughly. From small fixes to bigger concerns, Adam handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuinely helpful attitude. I truly appreciate his dedication and responsiveness.

Ailton was super helpful in fixing my AC unit! He fixed it very fast and was nice and professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone!

Turns out, good neighbors are rarer than you think haha and high rent doesn’t equal to high civility. :) I currently live on the east tower 8th floor after moving in July and have been repeatedly disturbed late at night by some neighbors. It usually starts around midnight when a few people come home and doors are slammed. On 9/7 around 12:40am, I was about to sleep when people started pacing and making noise in the elevator lobby. I did record the noise. FYI, there’s another studio unit next to mine, so I’m not directly next to the lobby. Three or four adults were gathered there at midnight laughing and shouting, with no consideration for nearby residents. I’d like to know whether the apartment actually enforces quiet hours for the sake of residents’ mental well-being. About an hour later

Ailton responded to my maintenance request incredibly fast and got everything fixed right away. Super efficient, friendly, and professional—really appreciate how quickly he took care of things.
