After living here for 3 years, my experience was great that deteriorated by the end. Management does not care about their residents. When the new residents moved in above me, they were constantly waking me before 6am, keeping up after midnight and made my evenings a living hell. Management would not get involved, instead, Mary told me to buy a white noise machine... not even offer to buy me one after they allowed such horrible tenants to move in. Parking is very limited for the amount of people that live there. Management does not enforce their parking rules. Guests and residents with extra unregistered cars will take up the main lot. Rent keeps going up but essentially no improvements throughout the community, nor can the location justify the price. They charge a pretty high amentity f

The apartments themselves are nice. Maintenance is attentive and quick to respond, gym is ok. However...Parking is terrible (even with the new lot), marijuana smell in the foyer areas is gross, dogs barking and noisy tenants all hours. It seems like complaints go unanswered and people can do what they want (no one enforces rules). When you make a complaint the office staff pushes it off on you to solve it yourself. Do your job!

A great team top to bottom. Mary is always accessible and responsive with any concerns we have; always a pleasure to deal with! David and Anderson make a great team to keep the property running smoothly and address any concerns tenants have. I’ve always had a great experience with them regarding maintenance in my apartment, and I can trust them to be there when I’m not home. Bonus- they are great with my animals which is no easy task! Landmark inherited a bit of a mess, but they’ve done wonders in making this place what the tenants deserve, while also making every experience (even the bad ones) simple, stress free, and pleasurable.

Fantastic super and management who are friendly and responsive. Best units face Furnace Pond. I would not call the appliances high end but they work well. The washer and dryer are full size and are great. Coming are is nice and the gym is functional. The firepit is great and on the whole the folks living here are friendly and considerate.

My boyfriend and I had a great move in in mid March! Kathy, the agent, was straightforward with answering questions and transparent throughout the whole process. 34 Bank does not have any hidden fees after rent; unlike the majority of other places we looked. The grounds have been kept neat and clean despite it still being an active construction zone. Inside the building is well kept and cleaned daily. Angel, the live-in super, has been great with our maintenance requests and even mounted our TV for us! He’s timely, friendly, and visible. I’d highly recommend 34 Bank if you’re looking for a brand new apartment, with quiet living near the lake, and transparent leasing company.
