I havent officially moved in my apartment yet but I just got approved and move in soon! However, I had to make this review to let the world know how AMAZING Felicia and this community is! From day #1, Felicia met me with friendliness and professionalism! She took her time to address my concerns and questions. She went above and beyond to help me find the best floorplan and apartment that works for me. Felicia has made this process stress-free! I cant thank her enough and highly recommend this community if you're in search for a new home! Thank you SO much Felicia! I cant wait to move in and im happy I made the decision to make 310@nulu my new home!

If you like living with mice and roaches this place is for you! I first chose this apartment because of the prime downtown location and helpful staff. However, within the first month of moving in I killed TWELVE mice. The staff was hesitant at best to help with this issue. When it finally got resolved through MY actions not management, cockroaches have now appeared months later. After BEGGING for preventative measures, there was finally some assistance to have an exterminator (OPC) "check and prevent" for pests. With this new cockroach issue, management claims they are unrelated issues and will not give any assistance to break the lease, despite the 6-month written record I have of supposed preventing for pests. I have had a BEYOND frustrating experience and would not recommend these uns

Love my apartment & Doug! He's always fixing things whether big or small. He always explains things so that I understand them, and takes the time to do a thorough job which I appreciate. Love seeing him around the building! Great team here at 310 Nulu!!!!

Have lived here for about a year and recently switched apartments within the complex. Doug has always been so kind and helpful. He is so speedy to fix a maintenance request and really treats you like a person, not a number on his to do list. Amari was also awesome in fixing the washer in my unit.

I recently moved here, and I've been amazed at how easy 310 makes everything for its residents. Communication from Felicia and Meredith is swift and excellent, and Doug has been so helpful and timely with maintenance requests. I'm excited to spend the next stage of my life here!
