30Bellevue Apartments

I’m really impressed with the manager, Christy. Since she’s taken over, the apartment complex has been cleaned up and is so much better managed. She’s clearly taken control in the best way possible, and it really shows. It feels like the property is cared for, and I appreciate the improvements she’s made!

Carpets need to be cleaned/replaced its been 6 years- they need clean up crew on site. Disapointing using donated funds to not use the money for good. Also resident saw a roach.

This place is horrible. I think king county took all societies rejects and stuck them in the same building. I moved next to 30 Bellevue apartments about 4 years ago, since then my vehicle was stolen twice( I was able to recover it both times). It also has been broken into 4-5 times that I'm 💯 % sure about. I really really recommend finding a different place.

I applied for a unit here on the first week of October and was having issues for clearing my application due to self income. AMY AND CASSENDRA BOTH , have been very helpful and on it!! They worked everyday to hurry up and try to approve my application, they are very sweet and punctual. Out of anywhere I’ve lived they honestly are the only ones that actually KNOW how to do their job! I am very greatful for them. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live with such great, on the dot , managers!!! Thank you!!
