Rat droppings in the poorly maintained laundry rooms. Dog feces everywhere else. I understand that management and maintenance do not want to pick up after other people’s pets, but the residents deserve to live in a clean place. We are paying for these amenities, and they are not safe for us or our pets to enjoy. If maintenance doesn’t want to take care of it, management could hire a company to come out once or twice a week to clear the common areas. I hired a service like that when I managed a property in another state, and it was extremely affordable and paid for itself in time saved responding to complaints.

Living here over a year, and just signed another 12 month lease. Cosmica has been extremely helpful and accommodating in helping facilitate some unorthodox requests. Neighbors are nice, and the complex is relatively quiet.

I came here for a tour a couple days ago, and was not impressed at all. The manager didn’t tell me about any amenities, when I left, she didn’t give me any paperwork. I was shown two units that still needed cleaning. The hallways stank of many different smells. The elevator also stinks. Also there was no future resident parking available.

Just moved out after living here for over a year (August 2021 to November 2022). As with any apartment, there are a few minor cons, but in my opinion the pros pretty solidly outweigh them. The apartment itself is amazing; when our lease ended and we were looking at moving into another 1x1, it was extremely difficult to find anything that could compete with the combination of in-unit washer/dryer, large living space, walk-in closet, solid appliances, etc that our unit at Lake City had. Eventually we decided to upgrade to a 2BR, which was something we had been wanting to do anyway. On the downside, we had more than a couple packages stolen from the (locked to non-resident) delivery room. Both situations created by two different new tenants of building E. First, the new tenant right on top of me FYI he is able to make Water keep dripping down through the ceiling to the cabinet where I put my plates and bowl (like the picture show) Secondly, he allows his dog to JUMP around in the early morning 1-2am or else he walk loudly. Meanwhile, a new tenant(s) for the first floor been smoking out the corridor with Marijuanas, it is legal but doesn't mean every can takes it or doesn't have negative reactions. Forgot to mention, loud music till early morning. Yea, the Manager might live in the first floor but she might never helped the problem. Not to mention awhile ago, there are a person checking doors and ringing bells trying to get in to my apartment. Which neighbor called cop and h
