301 Ocean Ave Apartments

A great and quiet place to live. The building itself is beautiful and well maintained. The apartments come equipped with all new appliances and central AC. The staff is the best I have ever encountered, with any maintenance issues handled same day, attentive and caring door people and an outstanding property manager who is always reachable. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to escape the hectic nature of downtown Santa Monica and be steps away from the beach.

Daniel, the manager is very professional and I have had excellent and prompt responses from him to all relevant requests, as a year long resident at 301 Ocean. The location is perfection! There is no better location. The ocean view is incredible and the courtyard is gorgeous to enjoy or to look at. The only thing that I didn't care about is the quality of the building construction. :( The excellent service of all the people that currently work there, balances off the poor construction!

We have lived at 301 Ocean Avenue for almost 8 months, and are we lucky. Not only are the apartments dramatic and beautiful, but it has to be the best location in Santa Monica. Nestled between two of the most beautiful streets in the area, we also have an ocean as our front yard. The atmosphere of the whole complex is somehow both exciting and peaceful at the same time. The ownership, manager and staff at 301 are superior. Any issue is always acknowledged and dealt with as quickly as possible. The willingness to help and the desire to please is very much appreciated. Like I said, we are lucky, and you know that when you are always excited to come home.

Perfect location, serene beautiful property, amazing apartment layouts (esp. the ones with private rooftop terraces), and top-notch caring staff. What's there not to love?

THIS PLACE DESERVES NO STARS...RUDE PROPERTY MANAGER DANIEL LIKE WHY THEY WOULD HAVE THIS MAN RUNNING SOMETHING IS MIND BLOWING...WAITED FOR HIM TO RETURN PHONE CALLS FOR WEEKS AND ONCE HE DID IT WAS APPAULING HOW SHORT AND NEGATIVE HIS COMMENTS WERE...LOVELY PROPERTY BUT IF YOU HONESTLY HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS GUYS AND RUDE SNOBBISH ATTITUDE IT'S DEFINITLY NOT WORTH ESPECIALLY SINCE THERE ARE SO MANY BEAUTIFUL PLACES IN THE AREA...I WILL DEFINITLY LET MY ASSOCIATES KNOW TO RUN FAR FROM THIS PLACE I WENT FEW MONTHS PRIOR AND THE LADIES WERE SO MUCH MORE HELPFUL THAN THIS GUY BAD ATTITUDES= BAD BUSINESS
