Customer Reviews
I want to share my most honest experience with this place. I lived in Los Angeles and moved to Houston for school and a fresh start. I found this building on the Apartments app. During a video call, management showed me an apartment they claimed was identical to the one I’d receive, but when I arrived, it was all a lie. After driving for two days without sleep, I arrived exhausted and hungry. I signed the lease without fully inspecting the apartment. Inside, I found destroyed bathrooms, a scratched-up sink, a broken kitchen, worn-out walls, a broken microwave, damaged air vents, broken elevators, and dirty hallways. It was a nightmare. Even though they breached the lease by delivering the apartment in horrible conditions and completely different from what they showed me during the video
I've been living here 4 months and have had several negative experiences. After submitting my application, I got a notification that my rent was changed, and after investigating, it had been mysteriously increased by $200 for no specified reason. When I asked about this, the office staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The resolution was that my application was withdrawn, and I had to apply again for a worse apartment, since the one I applied for originally was now unavailable. There were cockroaches in my apartment when I moved in and the lock on my front door stopped working after about a month. Both of these were resolved with a service request, but it's still irritating to be finding issues like that, which should have been resolved before I moved in. The most frustrating experie
Nothing works properly . Elevator hasn’t worked in months and the main leasing office / coffee bar has been under construction since November . Parking garage gate doesn’t work and they removed the spikes so anyone can come in and out as they please . Office staff are rude and always are in a bad mood . Pool is closed most of the year which sucks because that’s where the grills are . You would think the you would get more for what we pay here but when I asked about the theatre room/club house being closed the leasing manager (Wendy) said we pay for the area not the amenities . Wires are exposed in areas you would think they shouldn’t . Roaches in the halls . Don’t let website fool you . The apartments look beautiful don’t get me wrong just management should do better and getting things fu
ON EVERY FLOOR? Disgusting. Not the first time I’ve seen this happen and I’m just a visitor. I have a relative that I come see pretty often and they can say the same. It’s been like this the entire day fyi.
Headline for the review from the friend’s perspective: “A Complete Injustice: My Friend Was Deceived and Is Paying the Price” Review from the friend’s perspective: I want to share my friend’s experience, as I was the one who helped him move into this place. He lived in Los Angeles and moved to Houston to start fresh, pursue his education, and build a better future. Unfortunately, he was deceived in a way that I find completely unjust. The apartment they showed him in the video call was nothing like the one they delivered. I saw it myself: destroyed bathrooms, scratched-up walls, a broken microwave, a kitchen in terrible condition, damaged air vents, broken elevators, and dirty hallways. The building is old, poorly maintained, and desperately in need of renovations. What makes it even
