30 Metro Apartments

Since N P DODGE has taken over, this place has gone to the dogs. This is worse than living in the OHA TOWERS. Management is: 1. Unprofessional 2. Tenants are being put out for unreasonable excuses. 3. Tenants leaving because we're not being treated fairly. 4. Place isn't kept clean. These apartments should be either for 55+ or students because the mixture doesn't work. I've received a notification to move in 30 days (by the beginning of December 1.). These are just by the elevator on all 5 floor. The stairwells are reeking with urine and sometimes vomit. Entry floors are sticky and dirty from drinks being spilled and mess from the mulch tracked inside. I filled out ALL OF MY PAPERWORK NOW BEING TOLD I HAVE TO MOVE BECAUSE I DIDN'T RENEW MY LEASE? I THOUGHT I WAS RENEWING MY LEASE. I'm so s

I love it down here. Miss Trish is so awesome. She handles everything that I need to get done and if I could give her 10 or more stars I wish I could that’s how awesome she is. She’s an amazing beautiful woman and she helps everybody thank you, Miss Trish for being an Awesome property manager down here.

I actually like living here most of the residents keep to themselves and mind their own business. The commute to work is not that bad. Not to mention Trish is a Rockstar and she manages the property well.

30 Metro Apartments are absolutely fabulous! They have big, beautiful layouts; all appliances in unit (washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven, microwave, refrigerator); professional and courteous staff that want all residents to be happy and comfortable. Highly recommend!
