It’s been a long time since I was in the market for a new place to live. Everyone at 3 Stone was very helpful. I made numerous stops by here before we decided on where we wanted to be and they always answered any questions I had. Application process was smooth with the exception of a mistake I had made and the deposit, first month, and move in were hassle free and extremely easy through the app. The lease was very straight forward and thorough. Loving our new place already and hope this positive relationship continues throughout our time here. Thanks so much to everyone at the office!

I met Jenny through volunteer work and when I had the opportunity to purchase several rental properties I didn’t hesitate to call her because I knew absolutely nothing about management. She and her staff are AMAZING and had my properties rented in no time. I cannot sing 3 Stone Rentals praises enough! They have made this new endeavor of mine so painless, and they are meticulous when it comes to having repairs done. If you are looking for a management company look no further!! This rental company goes over and beyond with their customer service. I have been in Myrtle Beach for over 15 years but am relocating to Florence for work in June. From the front office lady to Jennifer they have been so helpful and assisted me in finding a home that fits my needs !! If you are relocating to the area I cannot recommend them enough.

Very friendly and responsive. The process from applying to getting the keys to our new place was so quick and easy! Starting our lease with them, so far they're a great property management group to work with :) Alexandria and Jenny have been so helpful!
