I’m leaving this review following a frustrating experience with Brenna Blocker this past Saturday. She called me last Tuesday to schedule a showing for Saturday at 1 PM, which I confirmed and provided my information. I made a one hour drive and arrived on time, only to find no one there. After leaving a voicemail with no response, I received a text 20 minutes later saying the property had already been rented. Rather than taking responsibility, she made excuses and said, “this happens sometimes.” Not only was my time completely disrespected, but she made zero effort to remedy the situation—no call, no offer to show me similar properties, nothing. A phone call would’ve been the bare minimum. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate.

It was such a pleasure working with Brenna! As property manager of the SFHome we rented, she was always very transparent, professional and helpful! We loved the home she managed and we were super impressed with her attention to detail upon move out. We knew exactly what was needed to prepare to move in as well as out! Brenna was also a major asset for us as first time home buyers as well once we did leave the rental market! As you know Brenna, I look forward to working with you on the future property acquisitions that I plan on doing in the future!
