I been here for a couple months very thankful for Jaime my whole experience here has been easy and if it is something I have a problem with Jaime is on it and very helpful and always ready to help as well , the office seems to have a genuine atmosphere . So far I am happy in my apartment , I wish parking was easier other than that for me I am happy . I feel the staff is quick as well if I needed my fridge fixed they came same day. And didn’t just check it off like it was done my friend apartments do that she hasn’t gotten anything fixed and everytime she put in a order they say it’s done but they never came so i appreciate the staff around 3 corners as well .

Mr. Jaime Vasconellos is always ther for the residents to ensure that all of their questions and concerns are taken care off. He always put the residents first and has a nice attitude and cares about our concerns. He really is the best in the office.

So far our experience has been great! We love the apartment we’re in. Perfect size for just my husband and I. Love the sunlight coming through the windows as we are waking up. Love the space in the apartment. Plenty of room for furniture with extra space to move around. We love the area being so close to Everything! The staff are super friendly. There are a couple pools which are nice, we went swimming recently and loved it. We have been here for about a week and a half. I don’t really foresee many issues. We do have to park our car all over because spaces are being utilized but overall great experience living here so far. It’s also pretty quiet and we love that ❤️

The new management sucks! They are so unprofessional and are hard to reach whether it’s through phone or in person. I’ve had so many errors with my lease and renting experience and it’s been happening ever since the management change. Don’t count on maintenance doing anything because they’ll take long too. It’s going downhill and I don’t recommend living here because they’ll hold you accountable for their mistakes. I will say the only helpful one has been Jaime, never had a problem with him since the start.

This place is INFESTED. Big roaches come out literally every time I turn around!!! Nothing is getting done in the office. I have multiple work orders that have been sitting there for MONTHS. Doesn’t matter if they copy and paste their usual “contact us” BS after every review, they DON’T CARE. The rent prices are getting ridiculously high for what they’re actually worth!!! I regret ever moving here.
