I recently moved into the new apartment complex, and the whole process was incredibly easy and stress-free. The building is very clean, well-kept, and feels welcoming from day one. Management has been friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is quick to respond and professional. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far, and I’m really happy with my new home.

I lived here for about 3 years and would have stayed longer if I didn't need to move for a new job. The location is walkable to the Old Town Pasadena area and in a safe area right across the street from Fuller. Maintenance is friendly and super on top of making sure things get fixed when a request is made. The complex is pretty quiet and neighbors are friendly/nice. This was my first time living alone and Natalie made sure that the process was smooth and easy! I would say that the only negatives are that there is very limited street parking for guests and the street is pretty narrow. Overall, I'm really happy with the experience that I had while at 296 North Oakland!

Living here for the last year has been amazing!! I love my apartment and the property. It is very quiet, neighbors are great, and dog friendly too! I enjoy walking to the strip, gym, and target! Most of all, Natalie is the best, she has been so helpful since the beginning and I am so grateful for her!

Natalie is the absolute best - she is so helpful! Maintenance is always performed ASAP and no mess is left behind. I highly recommend living here if you're looking for housing in the Pasadena area.

Lived here for almost three years and loved it! The complex is very nice and well-maintained, and Natalie is the best! She is incredibly responsive and helpful - our AC broke one summer and she worked through the weekend to make sure we could get a replacement ASAP. Would highly recommend living here
