2900 on First Apartments

My husband & I have been living at 2900 on First for about three years now, and it’s been great. During the transition when management changed a couple of years ago, there were a few bumps, but the new team has clearly put in the effort to make things better, and it really shows. Ryan and Jeff are awesome. They are super friendly, quick to respond, and they do a great job creating a sense of community The management company has made a lot of improvements to the building. There’s a system for packages, so we don’t have to worry about anything going missing, and they also offer valet trash pickup, which is super convenient. Since moving here, the team at 2900 on First has been so helpful and accommodating. Ryan in the office is always quick to help whenever something came up whether it was something as small as locating a package or as large as our elevators suddenly going down out of their control. His quick and helpful communications about anything we needed has been great. Nee from maintenance also has been so incredibly helpful, even when my appliances had some trouble. He responded quickly, kept me updated on what was happening / how he was troubleshooting it, and even befriended my pup in the process. Overall, I've had a lovely experience here! Highly recommend it.

The apartment itself is very well maintained. I took the tour twice and the leasing manager Ryan was very helpful as informative about the process. He is very responsive and helped me to go through the moving process within a few days. The gym here is the best I’ve baden among all the apartments I lived in.

I moved into this apartment this week. My move-in experience was great! Especially, Ryan has been immensely supportive and helpful throughout the process. All my queries and requests had been addressed in timely manner. Ryan proactively helps me with information that I have not even thought about. Thank you so much Ryan for making my experience at 2900 on First apartment a pleasant and positive one. I am loving my new apartment! Especially the view is spectacular! We lived here for three years. The first community manager, April, was fantastic. Things took a downward shift when Ryan took over. The dog park was rarely cleaned, service requests took forever to answer, and communication with the office staff was frustrating. When our lease was up, we notified in writing that we would not renew full term. After we left, 2900 alleged that we did not pay our last month's rent and had debt collectors come after us. We had it proof through bank statements that we paid our balance, but the staff -- mostly Ryan -- was no help. He refused to respond in writing via e-mail verifying that we had no balance. It wasn't until we threatened to take them to small claims court that we got everything squared away. The premises were broken into numerous times. I had my
