Everything went wonderful. The young lady that showed us around, made us feel valued. She took her time to make sure that she answered all of her questions. We never felt rushed that is invaluable for us at this point in our life we have packed up and been moving around the country for the last 18 months and this year lease will be the longest we’ve been in one place for quite a while.

The issue was attended to and corrected promptly and appears sufficient. Thank you for the prompt attention.

I would not recommend anyone move here. Always service issues. Appliances are old and need replacement. But more importantly I have put in a work order for my AC not working properly every month the last 3 months. They come out and “fix it” which lasts 2-3 days. It takes them that long to start working on it to begin with, and then it doesn’t even last a week. I had another order put in 3 weeks ago. They just got to reading the order last week and discovered the compressor had gone bad. They ordered the part and it was supposed to take 3 days to arrive and install, but now won’t arrive until next Friday. It’s ridiculous and I will be moving out in April when my lease is up. Great tour! Franklin was a pleasure to speak with and did a great job touring this facility. Helped us work through all our questions and made the process as smooth as possible. The building is well kept, well presented, and in a great area, too!

Problem with the tumbler lock. I almost locked myself out of my apartment trying to use the key in the upper lock. I met a neighbor who said hers stopped working a while ago as well. A maintenance person came up to look at it right away and told me the problem was the tumblers in the lock. He said he would speak to the manager to see if they had other locks available but within a few days the work order was marked as closed. Evidently the problem was not addressed because the bottom lock still works. Not a resolved problem! Problem resolved. New person in charge of maintenance used a spray on the tumblers which cleaned them off and resolved the problem.
