The management is wonderful. Bethany was so delightful, very kind, and helpful. She was patient and thorough about the whole leasing process. The best customer service I have had in a long time. I look forward to becoming a resident in the near future.

I’ve been here for a little over a year and I have nothing negative to say about this apartment complex. The staffing is great. Location is amazing. Maintenance is great. It’s quiet. Great neighbors. Great parking. Dog friendly. A win win if you ask me.

Ike is absolutely amazing. He is incredibly knowledgeable and always knows exactly how to fix any issue that comes up. On top of that, he is respectful, kind, and treats you like family every time you interact with him. No matter how big or small the problem is, he makes sure it’s resolved properly and never makes you feel like an inconvenience. His professionalism and care truly make living here a better experience.

I just moved into my two bedroom apartment at 288 lofts the staff was very Welcoming very pleasant and very helpful get me straight for move-in even prior to my move-in day thank you Bethany. You guys are great.
