28 Exeter at Newbury

28 Exeter is the best place in Boston to live! The location, being right on Newbury Street, cannot be beat. The commercial tenants really elevate the building, having Levain Bakery, Ganni, and Biologique Recherche right at our doorstep. You can find me in these stores almost daily! The management company listened to us (their residents) and upgraded the building. The roof deck is out of this world with cozy firepits, a relaxing pool/ sun deck, and grills. There are also tons of space to work from home out of the apartment with the pods and 9th floor amenity lounge. The gym has all the equipment you could need. I also can't forget to mention the in-unit laundry, I was spending so much on wash and fold service that I really appreciate the added amenity. The 28 Exeter staff is 10/10. The co

Hands down the best community I have ever lived at! The location is unbeatable, and the building is beautifully maintained. The amenities are high quality (love the pool on the top deck. The views were incredible), and the staff is extremely responsive, friendly, and proactive. Special thanks to Camilla and Mike for always going above and beyond for their residents. They really set the bar high for other communities.

28 Exeter is the best apartment I’ve had in my 7 years of living in Boston. The relative value you get is unmatched compared to any managed building in Back Bay. They have an extremely attentive concierge and management team, new amenities (roof deck pool and lounge areas), and have no hidden fees (no pet fees or required internet fees like Avalon).
