I’ve had a great experience renting from 266 loft (ESPECIALLY Ms. Gina ) . She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about her tenants. Any questions or maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently and if ANY POSSIBLE INCONVENIENCE were to come about she MAKE sure she updates you ever step of the way . The property was well maintained, and communication was always clear and respectful. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free the entire renting experience was. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive landlord.

The complex is not clean or well maintained. Doors stay broken for months, and the place feels unsafe — there have even been shootings and constant loud noise from the overflow of Airbnbs in the area, trash never being picked up, people never cleaning up after dogs etc. It’s just gross!! The staff offers little to no help when problems come up. Despite what some reviews say, Chris was not helpful at all in my experience. Overall, it’s been disappointing and stressful living here. I would not suggest this place to anyone looking for a safe or comfortable home.

We have lived at 266 Lofts for over a year. In that time our car has been broken into twice and then stolen, kids hop the fence to swim in the pool and attack the people living there by throwing rocks and exposing themselves. The icing on the cake for us happened this weekend… an individual that lives at 266 Lofts and acts as the Pool monitor got heavily intoxicated on Friday and attacked and opened fire with a gun, shooting into my daughters apartment through her pool facing window. He fired three times. He then shot at me again when I went in to check on everything inside the apartment. The police arrived and he was arrested but he was released on $65,000 bail on Sunday morning which means he can now come back to the apartments. He lives two apartments away. I lived in this complex for 6 years - long enough to know that the glowing 5-star reviews about how “helpful” Chris is are either from his friends or from people who only toured the property and never actually lived here. Anyone who has truly lived here knows how bad it is. SAFETY ISSUES (THE WORST PART) There were multiple shootings on the property during my time here — including one where an employee shot into a resident’s unit. Cars in the back parking lot get broken into constantly. The exterior doors are always broken, including mine, which didn’t lock for over a year. Lights in the stairwells have been burned out for nine months, leaving entire areas of the building dark and unsafe.
