I am a new resident to the Flats and have been thoroughly enjoying my time here thus far! The office staff are very friendly and handle all of my requests efficiently. Shana is AMAZING! This was by far the best moving experience as she made everything very easy and explained everything very well! The building location is perfect and I love that it has private gated parking. I would definitely recommend renting an apt here!

I’ve been leasing here for a little over a week now and my experience has been nothing but amazing. Since the day I toured the apartments, Dane and the rest of the staff were very helpful with providing customer service and answering any questions I’ve had. Dane and the staff are very much welcoming and make you feel as if you are family. Thank you to the great staff of Galman Group!

The staff are extremely professional and friendly. The Flats are very clean. I can tell appearance is paramount! The staff at the office, Denise, Jane, and Claudia are professional and friendly! I would certainly recommend the Flats for your forever home.

This place is mice invested!!!!!!! Don't live here!!!!!!! Every other day I see mice in my living room, kitchen, and I hear them in the walls!!!!! Disgusting and maintenance is no help. They set up traps every week but there's just too many to control. People smoke weed in the back when I open my window I smell it. Can't wait too move soon! Old carpet in the hall way. And apartments are not upgraded like in picture. There's no dishwasher and the sink backs up!

Very Clean and Well kept Apartments. Security up to par. Must be buzzed in by tennant or have key. Exterior and lawn beautifully landscaped,and plenty of parking. Close to shopping, Fast food take out, pharmacy, and Lincoln Drive for short drive to City Line. Would recommend! Price comparative
