2500 N McColl Apartments

We loved our time living in this apartment complex. During the two years we lived there, the cost of rent vs the sq footage was a great deal compared to others. We loved how spacious the rooms, bathrooms, and closets were. The open concept kitchen with the walk in pantry was honestly my favorite. Any maintenance issues were always resolved promptly. If we hadn’t received a job offer out of town, we’d still be living there!

I’m very happy with these apartments, the living space in them are excellent. Manager is curious very with our needs, this is the first apartments I rent that they take great pride in assisting with our needs we have everything here. I appreciate Alejandra for her great work in assisting us every time.

Have been a tenant for almost two years now. The only issues we have are: However management is non existent. Whenever we have a issue or need something fixed it takes MONTHS. For the price of the unit, you would think they would want to make the tenants happy...that's not the case. The gym has multiple broken pieces of equipment which is a safety problem, on top of that they expect people to sanitize with stuff they bring. They do not provide sanitizer. Road way has some major issues and is uneven in one area which resulted in a popped tire! The gates where one time secure, one of the biggest reasons we rented here. However now it's just left open all the time. Parking and the pool are filled with nontenats. At this time it's not worth the rent you pay...which is about 1300 for a 2 bedroo

Probably one of the worst move in experiences ever , had me without AC for 3 weeks having my place at almost 80 degrees.moving me in to a apartment not move in ready. Repairs needed taking more then a month. Office could careless about it

Since I moved into 2500 N. mcAllen Apartments was a blessing in disguise for manager to maintenance very polite well manner and very funny at all times never disrespectful always wanting to work with you to make things happen in a peaceful and a clean environment. Department have state-of-the-art appliances square footage is enormous a friendly dog park, pet friendly and best of all the community is made up of professional workers is gated protected 24 seven Savannah cameras all over the place schools are located close department stores and shopping center or close is very convenient. It’s a great place to bring up a family with kids. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in living in a safe clean environment. This is the place. The pest control is on point.
