The last positive review is misleading. This building feels more like a dorm than a residential apartment. The walls are extremely thin and I can hear my neighbors when they’re loud, and even building machinery noise comes straight into the apartment. There are clear material quality issues, with almost no soundproofing. Reaching the doorman is nearly impossible. They don’t answer the phone, so you have to go downstairs every time. On the positive side, common areas are generally clean. The trash room is maintained and hallways are swept. Overall, I do not recommend living here. I’ve already moved out and am genuinely happy I did. Unfortunately, this is another building focused on profit, not quality.

Lived here for a couple years. Everyone from the doormen, porters, and office staff were super helpful. Some examples: - When we moved in, they had all our pre-shipped furniture ready to go on a trolley cart. - Maintenance requests were promptly addressed. - All the logistics of hosting a party in the lounge were handled smoothly. - The trash rooms feel like they're always clean and emptied frequently. - Never had an issue getting my packages. In terms of the unit, heating, cooling, and hot water were never an issue. The walls are thick so I never hear what my neighbors are doing. It's been great.

I moved in at the beginning of August, and it’s been great so far. Doormen are super courteous and helpful. Building is quiet as well. Great location too! Shout out to Isaac from the leasing team, who facilitated the fastest application/move-in process ever (1-2 days!). I was very impressed by Isaac’s speed and professionalism with this process, which was super helpful for my move in timeline.

This was nicest, best-run apartment building I have ever lived in. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the building is meticulously maintained. I l had a 2-bedroom apartment here for 2 years and loved it. Honestly sorry I left.
