The management at this complex is consistently unresponsive and dismissive of tenant concerns. When issues are brought up — including security and or property maintenance matters — they are either brushed off or blamed on the tenant. Communication from the office often comes with a condescending tone, and there is little effort to accommodate the reasonable needs of residents. It’s disappointing to feel unheard and disrespected. If you’re looking for a place with supportive and attentive management, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. My bike was stolen from the parking garage (that is gated, only accessible by resident card). This is the second such incident, initially my parcel was stolen and management said the cameras were not working. I’ve found the leadership of management very unhelpful unfortunately and over all provide no support to residents. I personally know 4 residents who have had similar experiences. I wouldn’t be renewing my lease and recommend abundance of caution for anyone looking to join here.
