Update: now that I’ve been here a few months I have a better idea of the apartment. Shay was very helpful for the entire process of me moving into my new place. I’m still adjusting and getting comfortable. I had a lot of questions (some silly) but Shay answered them all in a timely manner! The shades in the apartment are incredibly old and any time I open a window a few of the panels blow off. Additionally, one window has the shade open the opposite way the window opens, so if I want the window open, I have to open the entire shade or the wind blows the blinds. I have seen other apartments with newer shades so I inquired about new ones and was told no. The heat is not controlled by the tenants. I've only just moved in, but the process was smooth and simple. They use a lot of technology - viewing the unit was a self-tour retrieving the keys from a lockbox, your door is a code not a key, maintenance requests are online etc. All good so far.

They are the absolute best people!! They are very understanding and they are the best at their jobs! I feel so welcomed in my apartment!
