2400 Briarwest Apartments

Alexandra was honestly great. She helped me through the whole leasing process and made things feel easy instead of stressful. Any time I had a question or needed help with something in the apartment, she was there and responsive. It really felt like she cared, not just that she was doing her job. I’m very grateful for her help and would definitely recommend her.

This experience at 2400 briarwest has been great. I feel safe when walking late a night around the complex. Grounds are clean. People here respect their neighbors no loud music. Gym is always open equipment is fair. Close to stores and public transportation and schools. I have never had issues with delivers. And may I add after water , trash and fees my rent is right at $1000 for a large 1bed room . So if you want a safe and budget friendly home give them a try.

worst place to get an appartment. over priced paying $1.5k+ a month for paint peeling, MOLD , roaches, loud bats!! In the walls and fire place, bath tub floor started cracking came apart within a month. never lived anywhere my bath tub started coming apart? it’s so bad here they just paint over the mold and dirt bugs etc from previous tenants . I couldn’t tell from the walk thru freshly painted then bam everything peeling… why is every single thing peeling!!… $300 car tows immediately if you or anyone is parked even 10-15 mins outside without a pass. i call maintenance and they come SOMETIMES😭 no guarantee. Dog poop everywhere. You go for a walk it’s on the sidewalk too, no one picks up after their dogs here. Neighbors WILL steal your packages if you do decide to stay here i recommend a do

Alexandra from the office is great! She is always nice and polite and is very patient with my elderly mother. I'm not thrilled with the maintenance department (they have been called multiple times for the same problem).

I lived here for two years. The first year was okay. The second year when my neighbor moved out the roaches were ridiculous!!! As soon as I could I got the hell out of these apartments!! The roaches were everywhere. Bats flying over your head at night.
