23West Apartments

I’ve lived here for over a year and a half. The office manager(Chris) was super nice and quick to respond when I signed the lease, but after moving in, it became hard to get replies. I often had to email a few times about move-out questions. There are some roaches and silverfish in the unit, and the dark floor makes them hard to see. The walls are pretty thin, and I often see dead roaches around the walkways. On the bright side, having a private garage is really convenient, maintenance is usually done fast, the place looks clean from the outside, and the nearby school is a big plus.

23 West is a comfortable and safe place to live. I’ve lived here for over 3 years. Never had any issues with work orders. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend 23 West as a great place to live.

I have lived here for 3 years. The location is really nice and quiet since it’s near an elementary school and suburb communities. However, I cannot really recommend this place as others have already mentioned the rampant cockroach issue and silverfish. I also have fruit flies from the air conditioner duct so I have to use an electric fly trap in my apartment. Also, the walls are very thin. I can hear normal volume conversations from the neighboring unit.

23West is great! I’ve been staying here for a few months. I love the accommodations and location. Specifically, Michelle Paz in the office is extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area, and she makes sure all request are handled in a timely manner. She is also great with dogs! My dogs always look forward to getting a treat from Michelle after their walk! 10/10

23 West is a great place to live. The community is safe and quiet. The amenities are great and the property manager, Chris, routinely hosts events such as food trucks to foster a neighborly community. I cannot say enough great things about Michelle Paz. She is always professional, welcoming, and on top of her game. I was pleasantly surprised when she began stocking decaf coffee and assorted teas based on resident feedback. I would definitely recommend 23 West apartments!
