I was looking to rent here but with so many bad reviews I won't be, unfortunately. With concerns from tenants from a year ago and nothing changing is really bad on the manager's part. Specifically the manager, who is still working under the owners carelessness. It clearly means they have done nothing and really don't care to. It looks like they respond to each review but have yet to do anything about the cleanliness, and I'm huge on great landlords/management. Really sad for the tenants that lived there with the last year being horrible is hard to hear because it's truly a management problem. Not a tenant problem.

Absolutely do NOT recommend living here. Do not expect to get your security deposit back. They will find an excuse no matter what. In my case, I was charged $286, including a carpet replacement fee, even though the carpet was in good condition and I was never notified of any issue during the move-out inspection. The employee who walked through the apartment with me clearly said everything was fine, yet I was still charged afterward. They are extremely nice and welcoming at the beginning, when they want you to sign the lease. Once it’s time to move out or dispute charges, the attitude completely changes. I lived here from Dec. 2020- Dec. 2024. When I first moved in, it was so nice, and I had a great experience. I’m not sure if the complex came under new management but around 2023 I started noticing cockroaches and wasps(living on the 4th floor), disgusting trash rooms, and unclean amenities. The fire pits also stopped working, and there were several car break-ins in the gated garage. I had several maintenance requests that were not taken care of and then I was charged for them when moving out. Maintenance came on my move out day to tell me blinds had been ordered after I put in that request far in advance, so clearly it was getting taken care of. Then, the complex called me a week later to see if the task had been completed, and I had already moved out! They had no idea. I was then charged

SCAM ALERT – AVOID THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS I’m writing this to warn future residents: do NOT live here unless you want to deal with outrageous fees, unprofessional staff (especially Marilyn and Amy), filthy conditions, and a completely mismanaged property. 1. Unprofessional & Incompetent Staff: From the start, it was clear something was off. During our initial tour, Marilyn was cold, disinterested, and offered no real help. We moved forward anyway due to location and flexible lease terms. Big mistake. After paying our holding deposit, we got no info, nothing about move-in day, key pickup, parking, or anything else. Marilyn gave us contradictory answers. On move-in day, we received 2 fobs, 2 mail keys, and 2 parking passes. Our lease also said we’d get 6 pool wristbands. Marilyn

They require a lot to move here but it's a really nice place. Looks fancy. The pictures don't do it justice. However I added a video of how the fire alarm goes off at least every week or more. They take a long time to turn it off. I just want some peace and quiet where I live and I live in a busy area so I can hear people walking and talking but the fire alarm is the last straw for me I can't see myself Living here much longer. The staff is pretty quick about dealing with issues, normally.
