2370 Main At Sugarloaf

I had an excellent experience moving into Main at Sugarloaf, thanks to Ayisha Pirani. From the very beginning of the leasing process all the way through move-in day, she helped every step of the way. Even after moving in, she has remained incredibly helpful, providing quick responses and resolving any concerns immediately. I also want to give a special shout-out to Dominique Williams from the maintenance team. Dominique has been fantastic with maintenance help, ensuring everything in the apartment is in top shape. My only concern regarding the property is that the building gates are frequently left open by people using decorative stones to prop them. This is a security issue that I hope management can address. Overall, the staff here is top-notch, and I highly recommend working with Ayi

I am thrilled to give a shoutout to Ayisha in the management office. Her quick response and problem-solving skills are top-notch. Every interaction I've had with her has been confident and informative, making dealing with apartment issues a breeze. The modern premises are a plus, and the staff's warm welcome always makes me feel at home. The common areas are great spots to relax, and we love unwinding there. One suggestion for improvement: the hallways near the gates could use more frequent cleaning. Maybe a regular schedule could help keep them spotless. Overall, Ayisha and the team are doing an amazing job. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.

This place will take advantage and scam a tenant for unit upgrades they are planning on your move out- please beware. It was obvious from their website that they were planning to transition all units from carpet to hardwood as it says that all are now hardwood. We had one of the last carpeted units, and they slapped an insane move out fee for “total carpet replacement” on what was absolutely normal wear and tear, no physical damage to carpet but if they could find a single stain they used it as a report to justify total replacement charge given to us, when it is clear they intended to pull it up and replace the carpet regardless what condition we left it in, which was in no way damaged past normal wear and tear. Absolutely disgusting behavior on their part, and I see they did the same thin

I moved in about 6 months ago from out of state and I love living here! Ayisha took me on a tour of my current apartment and I have been in love since! She was friendly and super helpful with my move just taking the time to explain community rules and answered all my questions upon my move. Ayisha and the staff and management have all been very pleasant since I’ve moved here. I love it’

Her professionalism, attention to detail, and technical expertise were exceptional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and went above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience.
