Horrible place maintenance doesn't keep upon repair orders. Even after you move out, don't expect your deposit back, and they will still find things to charge you for. Even though the place was spotless when I moved out. People broke into my car multiple times, and nothing was done. Had to pay for damages out of my own pocket. Don't let the reviews fool you. The people that work there post reviews on here to make this place look good! Also, it was extremely overpriced for being in the ghetto!!!
I have more than a year living in the 23 east apartments, so far i can say i’m more than happy here. Every time i put a work order for something maintenance’s guys literally run! Also the leasing agents in the office are so friendly and helpful anytime I have a problem or a question for them. Also i don’t have any problems with noisy neighbors. It has being a good choice to lease here. ✨✨✨☝🏻
Im so happy living here in the apartments, i can say my experience has being amazing. Maintenance almost run when i need them, and in the office i get help anytime i need some information or help. I Can say is a nice place to live, with good people, and if u are looking for a HOME you can find it here.
We love the property! They alway host events and take care of us.
Issue: no hot water and the water heater flex connector was spraying water, while emergency maintenance ignored it I made an emergency call on 1/2/22 at about 3am, Sunday after the new years and I got no call back. Which is unfortunate because that copper water heater flex/connector was spraying water from the green part of it. It took me about 2 and a half hours between calls to the apartment, then finally googling it, to figure out how to turn it off (there is a lever before the connection you turn perpendicular). If I was a suspicious man I would think the apartment is ignoring maintenance calls to get tenants who renewed their lease to leave, so they could remodel (probably not by much) the apartments to justify renting them for a few hundred more per month. But, I am not a suspic
