23-33 Pearl

We had 2 break-ins around the week of Christmas happen within just days of each other in the storage area. Mind you our storage area is within the gates of our building meaning you should need a key or code to get in ( none of the closing arms on the doors work properly and haven’t since 2020 when I moved in). All this to say my they took about 2k of my wife’s work tools. I also notice that there was food trash and scraps left in the storage area. Also have photos of burnt paint around one of the locks that got busted. ( they could have set this whole building on fire!!!) This is concerning for all the obvious reasons. I called multiple times and even sent an email out about this and still haven’t heard anything back. Seems like the only way to get any response from this company is to pos

I just gotta say I’ve been dealing with a pest control issue over the last few weeks and the team at 23-33 Pearl st has been extremely great to work with. Jeff the maintenance guy has been incredible along with Jeremiah.Also I can’t forget Alanna, her team is absolutely ON IT! I work in real estate and property management and I’ve gotta say they’ve done an amazing job of taking care of my concerns. Highly recommend living here because if anything goes wrong you’ll be in great hands!

Super great part of old school Denver! You can easily walk to Broadway or even Wash Park! The building opens up to a super cute courtyard too which was a plus for us. My leasing agent, Aumbree, was incredible. She found this place for us within 2 days! She was very quick to answer any questions or concerns I had about the area, the building, parking...etc. She was an unexpected angel that helped us through a really stressful time! 10/10 would recommend!

Moved in here may 2018 have had problem with my apartment since day one. NO ONE is around to fix anything. I've had a broken a/c unit in the middle of summer for over 2 weeks now. My animals are way too hot in my apartment. ALSO I haven't had a WORKINg SHOWER IN ALMOST A MONTH stay far away from this place

Worst place to move in. their office never answers the phone if you need something they won’t replay to your emails or phone calls. The directory is not working they said it hasn’t work for months and there is no fix. If you try to get a storage unit they said they don’t know who has them there are letters dating begging of the year and no action has been taken. If you rent a parking spot good luck 2-3 days a week of having toll
