I’ve been living here for almost five months now. While the property isn’t perfect, it has improved since I first moved in. When I initially signed my lease, there were different staff members in the office, and I was told certain things would be corrected. Unfortunately, those issues were never addressed or even attempted to be fixed at that time. However, I’ve communicated those concerns to the new office staff, and I truly appreciate how responsive they’ve been. The new manager and leasing agent are very kind, accommodating, and genuinely look out for the residents. Like any apartment community, there are a few bad apples, but the current staff is actively working to ensure those few don’t affect the rest of the community. My maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner,

I've been here for almost 6 months, and while the property isn't perfect, I've really not had many issues. The new manager and new leasing agent are really nice and accommodating and look out for the residents. As with any apartment complex there are going to be a few bad apples but they are working to make sure those few bad ones don't spoil the bunch. I've personally never had a single bug in my place (they do spray monthly if you ask). My maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely manner and issues fixed, not just rigged up like I've had at previous apartments. If you're looking for a quiet and affordable apartment then give this place a look, the apartments themselves are super cute with patios and fireplaces! I really enjoy my home here!

The townhouses are nice, with beautiful balconies and scenic outdoor views. The presence of nearby grocery stores adds convenience. However, there is an issue with bugs that needs to be addressed."

This place is absolutely a joke. It is poorly maintained, there are roaches and bugs, the facilities smell disgusting, and the front office staff will lie to whoever whenever to cover their own back. Also, if you move out they pick absurd numbers on their itemized lists of move out expenses to keep whatever deposit you had made. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE OR THIS COMPANY.

After 4 years on this campus I can safely say this place is horrid. I have kept my patience for years but have reached my limits. Now before anyone tries to blame the complex managers (which is well over a dozen in just my time alone), they aren’t the issue here. The issue here is the ownership, every complex they own has major issues (I know of three instances of rats in two different complexes). Since I have moved in, I have dealt with bad flooring, electrical issues, water heater issues, things not working correctly, plumbing issues, things missing and worse of all roaches. I’ve submitted hundreds of maintenance requests to fix stuff that goes nowhere because the ownership wants to move apartment managers every 6 months and nobody communicates.
