My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and have had an amazing experience experience with Kristina and our apartment! She is so accommodating, repairs are done almost right away, and I feel very safe in this gated community. Any issue we have had has been addressed immediately and always with our best interest in mind. I’ve recommended this complex to several people. Thank you Kristina! You have been awesome!

I’ve lived here for the past 3 years and couldn’t have had a better renting experience. The management is amazing, Kristina truly cares about the residents here and goes above and beyond to create a clean, safe and comfortable environment for the residents. They are extremely responsive, I’ve only had to send in one maybe two maintenance requests my whole time being here and they are on top of it. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Despite being next to the trax the building itself is generally quiet and the neighbors are considerate. Above all management makes this a great place to live.

I would not recommend living in @2100 Apartments based on my experience. Lived here for 3 years and moved out in July 2025. Once Kristina took over as property manager, communication and management went downhill fast. She was unhelpful, often misinformed, and repeatedly caused billing issues — like not adding utilities to our bill and we are charged extra $6 processing fees as a result. CAM fees (which started at $30/month and rose to $90/month by July 2025) were never clearly explained despite multiple requests. The CAM charges are one line item on your bill with no details. Building security was also questionable. After one of my packages was stolen, Kristina admitted she knew there was a problem with non-residents entering the building and stealing packages. This is the first gated complex I've lived in, and I truly see what I've been missing. Kristina has gone out of her way to make us comfortable and welcome enough that I am happily renewing my lease for a third time. My wife and I started in a single bedroom, then moved to a 2 bedroom unit in the same building. We're now on the wait list for a corner unit with a RIDICULOUS balcony view. Harold is lightning fast to address any concerns about the unit, even willing to change our lightbulbs when we needed a hand. This is a really great place to call home.

Been living here for about 2 years and love it! The rent is affordable, apartment is very spacious for the amount I’m paying. They are very quick to respond to service requests. Kristina is really good to work with! I’ve loved living here
