Living at 21 Kristin was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The management is unprofessional, unresponsive, and consistently dismissive of tenants’ concerns. Communication is terrible, and it often feels like residents are treated as an inconvenience rather than valued. The building itself is not only poorly maintained but also unclean and unsafe. Common areas are neglected, and pest/cockroach problems are a constant issue. Hallways and shared spaces often felt dirty, and the lack of consistent cleaning or preventative maintenance made living here uncomfortable. If I could give 0 stars I would . Please read and take advice from reviews I wish I did! They are not lying we have been living here since April 2025 and it has been a nightmare . My husband and I pay 2500+ a month for 3 bedroom and it’s so cheap and not worth the 2500+. When we moved here EVERYTHING was brought brand new (our furniture) and within a month or so we noticed a bedbug problem in our kids room which is in the back , it’s not in front of the apartment. We have tried DIY ourselves to get rid of it and contact management . They will send someone out once to spray and that’s it and problem still unresolved . We’re almost in Jan 2026 and problem has not been resolved I will be contacting health department and corporate. I regret moving here I never had a bed bug problem all the yea

I lived here for almost a year, and I honestly couldn’t wait for my lease to end. The management is completely unresponsive — I’ve sent multiple emails about maintenance concerns, including AC issues, and not once did anyone reply. The “24/7 maintenance” is a joke — it’s just an AI bot on the phone, and you never get a real person. When our fridge malfunctioned and defrosted everything overnight, we had to toss out all our food. No one came to help, even when we marked it as urgent. The air conditioning barely works when it’s hot outside — our apartment gets up to 81°F while we try to keep it at 72°F for our baby. This is the worst building I have ever lived in. It is infested with cockroaches, and when you request maintenance, they take days to show up. To make matters worse, my catalytic converter was stolen right in the parking lot. There is no security here; the doors are always broken, so anyone can just walk into the building. They never work. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I'm counting down the days until February so I can get out of this dump. If you want a halfway decent life, stay away from this place. Furthermore, it’s supposed to be a smoke-free building, but the hallways always smell like marijuana or other disgusting odors. Don’t rent here; I’d honestly rather sleep in my car.

I’ve lived in this condo for a while and my experience has been very frustrating. Since November, I’ve reported a serious squirrel issue on my balcony — they’ve damaged my belongings, and despite months of emails, office visits, and empty promises, nothing has been done. What’s worse, the three people always at the front desk ignore me every time I show up and just tell me to talk to someone else who also never responds. They promised to trim the branches in late June — and, as usual, they didn’t follow through. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting responsible management. If you don’t make a scene, they ignore you.
