Chase did our new home inspection. He walked me through the entire home and explained how everything should work and showed me where the issues currently exist or where they may develop in the future. I’ve never had a home inspector take so much time and care with me. I highly recommend their services if you are looking for someone that will take there time to really learn about the home and its condition.

I called them to get an estimate on my house renovation. She asked how many stories and location, and then how many pours. Educated as a Civil Engineer working in Construction Management for 25 years, a pour is basically a mix - how many times with a given quantity is a batch being made. When I said, possibly two pours she said it is $1500 each. I asked, does that mean each drum truck - she didn't know what it meant. $1500 seems unbelievably unreasonable for 2-3 cylinders to test.

Unprofessional, untrained inspectors who engage in shady business. The accounting lady is also very rude and condescending.
