While I do not typically leave reviews for business establishments, I feel compelled to share this experience so the public can make an informed decision. As a working professional woman, I work hard for my belongings, and the place where I live should reflect a basic standard of safety, accountability, and reasonable service. While certain amenities are included at an additional cost within the monthly rent, those services—especially those related to safety—should be fully operational at all times. This property houses single women and families with young children, yet the building remains easily accessible to the public. The garage, for which I pay to park my vehicle, provides unrestricted access not only to parked vehicles but also to interior hallways and residents’ front doors. This
I was a resident at this property for two years. During the past several months, building security became an ongoing concern. The garage door to the private parking garage remained broken for an extended period of time, leaving vehicles and residents vulnerable. The property is located directly across from Towson Mall, an area that has experienced increased crime. During the 2025 holiday season, my vehicle was stolen from the garage and remains missing. Following the incident, I received little communication and support from the leasing office. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property to those for whom safety and security are a priority. This experience has highlighted a serious lack of customer service, security, and tenant support at this property.
We lived there for two years, at the beginning everything was fine, then cars started to be broken in or stolen,random people would hang up in the club house, the side doors were broken, the smell of marihuana was horrible and people smoked in staircases, worst part we were charged 930 dollars for a piece of carpet that was “damaged”. We asked if we could replace our self and they told us their team had to do it, the bill was issued a month after we moved out, plus there was no proof that the carpet was actually replace. Other people moved in a few days after we moved out and we have proof of it. Basically it was a scam. Came to visit this apartment complex today and Nia from the leasing office was the highlight to the whole tour ! I was so upset about a possible place being taken and she managed to work with me to find other units that caught my eye . Such a sweetheart her smile was literally so friendly, great job Nia will definitely be applying
DO NOT LIVE HERE—PHOTOS INCLUDED. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. “Run down” and “falling apart” don’t event begin to describe this place. Since we’ve lived here, every appliance has broken down more than once—washer doesn’t drain, dryer doesn’t dry, sink floods the kitchen, dishwasher cant even breakdown a dish soap pod let alone clean dishes. There are water leaks, bugs including ROACHES and FLEAS, and mold everywhere. The office staff are incompetent and rude. If you even want the illusion that your building management care about you, this isn’t the place. The “emergency maintenance” takes days at best, and we’ve waited over a week for a regular maintenance request to be completed.
