I chose 2 Percent Realty West Coast to sell my home and had the pleasure of working with the owner himself. John is a very experienced and knowledgeable realtor with a tremendous amount of patience. The commissions are reasonable with the same level of service you would get from a full commission realtor. I was pleased with the sale process and went with 2 Percent to buy my new home as well. If I ever need to sell a home again, John will be the guy I go to. I can't recommend his services enough. Don't hesitate with this company as it's 5 star service!

My husband and I had the pleasure of selling our condo with John in late 2019. John was incredibly sensitive to the fact that the condo belonged to my parents who had passed away and he also acknowledged the fact that yes we did put a lot of renos into bringing the condo up to date but as everyone knew the market was not like it was 3 years ago and he gave us a very honest opinion on what he thought was a realistic asking price for the condo. John sold our condo in 3 weeks for exactly what he thought we would get for it. We found John to be honest open and very knowledgeable about the market. We would highly recommend him to our friends and when my children begin the process of selling their current homes they will also be using Johns expertise to sell and purchase.
