This is 2025 and the technology available to all of us should be welcomed. Instead this company apparently is in the dark ages and it’s causing major issues with property purchased out of state!!! Be well aware!!!!!!!

I am a real estate professional in the hampton roads area. Mrs. Iris Mclane gets all of my closings that I can send to her. She runs the most diligent and hard working settlement agency I have come across. I recommend her to anyone that needs a settlement agent!

Once they think business is done, they do not respond or act professional at all. “If you need anything just call” was what I was told during the close on my property and that was not in fact the case even when my particular case needed paperwork after the closing. Would not recommend.

They don't wire money. Wouldn't recommend. They also didn't give me a tracking number for my check, so 3 days after closing - no clue where my money is.

Fast, friendly and professional! Closed two loans with them in 24 hours!! They were great!! Highly recommend!!
