1st choice did an amazing job with assisting me in organizing and setting up my first and second rental property from listing and showing the property to finding renters to setting up how rent would be received, etc. answering any questions I had a long the way. 1st choice made renting out my homes a very manageable experience. I definitely will be using them for my future rentals and would highly recommend them to anyone that asks! Thanks again 1st Choice Property Management for always providing high quality service!

I rented through 1st choice. Overall the experience was pretty fair. Had a couple of issues that needed addressing when I moved in and some got fix and some others later and even when I moved some that never got handled. Nevertheless, I won’t speak bad or negative because they worked with me and I appreciate that. The property I stayed at wasn’t bad for the most part, even the area. I thought I would run into issues but honestly I felt so safe and I had good neighbors. I ended up having health issues and losing my job and I was so afraid of losing everything but 1st choice worked with me through my setback and most places would have put you clean out and didn’t care but my landlord was pretty amazing and for that I’m praying God blesses her 10 fold. Im not sure who's leaving good reviews. But to be clear I am a current tenant. The property was and still is bad. They were supposed to fix things before we moved in and nothing was done. We gave them a list of things that needed to be fixed and it took them 6 months to come and fix 3 things. This isn't my first property and as a tenant I take very good care of properties. In fact, we had planned on buying the last property had the landlords not gotten divorced. Nevertheless to be in a property for 5 years and no issues to come to a property with tons of issues and on top of that they want to inspect it like what you inspected bc the property is trash. Then they had someone to come and fix stuff (6 months in so they can inspect I assume) and it's not fixed. I really would rather terminate

This property management company is the definition of unprofessional mainly the one who handles the rentals Cassandra Rude complete lack of communication, and an even bigger lack of basic human decency. She’s doesn’t like to respond when you call but will answer a text unprofessional when it comes to a business. They don’t care about tenants and please don’t let something out of your control happen they will treat you like a villain and make it out like you did something avoid renting from them if possible
