Blue Rock is garbage!!! They know this property is not luxury but still want to charge luxury prices. They refuse to make this property safe as you can see outsiders come through the fence and are constantly taking over our amenities or are just walking around the property!!!! If you have children DO NOT rent here it is not safe!! There is no security whatsoever because people just walk right through the emergency exit. They are raising rent $300-$400 instead of trying to fix property. The pool and gym are always dirty as well and they can’t even afford to pay someone to take care/clean it correctly. They rent to anyone so u can add like 6 people on your lease to qualify if you really need to rent somewhere but I warned you it’s very trashy here!! Management is absolutely terrible here and

Love my place here at The Caroline. Management is awesome same as the maintenance team! The Girls at the Office Mary, Ana, Evelyn are always down to help in all residents needs! I’ll trully recommend this awesome & beautiful place i call home!❤️

Big shout out to Evelyn and Ana for all the hard work they do! So attentive throughout my application process. They truly made my dreams come true ✨ I can’t wait to start living the dream!!
