Living here has been a really positive experience. Tami and her team are always welcoming and professional, and you can tell they truly care about the residents. Maintenance is on top of any issue I have had. The building is always clean and I love the finishes in my apartment!

This property is well managed and professionally run. The team demonstrates strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail. Communication is timely, expectations are clear, and everything operates smoothly. It’s refreshing to see a team that stays on top of things and maintains high standards across the board. Five stars for consistency and professionalism.

Please consider this an honest review from a tenant who always paid on time and left the apartment in excellent condition (Not a typical Karen). I would NOT RENT here. My wife and I lived at 1919 for one year. The building truly felt like a college dorm; sound isolation is poor, and we often noticed the smell of weed (though this did not personally bother us). My primary reason for not recommending this complex is the management experience. While some staff are helpful, Tami C, the main person in the office, created an unnecessarily difficult living experience. It is disheartening to spend over $26,000 in rent only to have a member of management make tenants’ lives difficult, leaving residents feeling bullied and powerless once the lease is signed. I moved out from 1919 recently but had lived there just over 3 years. The building itself has top notch amenities. Awesome gym! The property had multiple changes in management. It was best run with Angela, Bailey and Carly along with maintenance Andrew and Gio. Unfortunately after Angela and Bailey left, there was a huge downgrade with the upkeep of the property. Everything was always broken. They closed the hot tub for an extended time to 'resurface.' Their spin machines had expired for months. Issues with the payment site, butterfly app to let people in and out, package locker system. When it came time for renewal upper management said they left a note on my door. My girlfriend and I moved in June and have had very positive experiences with the building staff, amenities (Gym, Pool, Simulator, Hot tub), however, what they don't tell you is how abysmal the parking situation is in and around the building. Like many couples, we have 2 cars, and have been waiting on a list since we moved in for a second spot. To that avail, our second car has to find street parking each day, which is fine during non-stadium events and the monthly street sweep, however, during football season (home games), concerts etc. the closest non-permit parking is well over a mile away, so enjoy the walk, especially in winter.
