I’ve had an excellent experience living at 1903 Portsmouth and would happily recommend it to anyone looking in the area. The utilities being included (especially electric in the Houston summers) makes budgeting simple and stress-free. The community is quiet and feels tucked away from the busy streets, which makes it easy to relax and get work done at home. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and peaceful place to live.

Great place to live! Excellent location, next to downtown, great restaurants. Maintenance has been very responsive to all issues. Misty is an outstanding manager who is very kind, listens to tenants complaints, responds to them, and gets the job done!

Management is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ concerns. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly and efficiently. The location is also convenient and theres a lot around. Quiet neighborhood!

I love it here the place is very quiet and clean and I have no issues with maintenance. Misty is very nice and sweet also which makes staying here even more convenient.
