1840 Apartments

Vanessa the Assistant Community Manager at 1840 Apartments was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to show us around, answer all of our questions, and made the application process smooth and easy. Even though we ultimately decided not to move forward with the apartment, her professionalism and kindness really stood out. If I were to lease at 1840, it would definitely be because of Vanessa gracious hospitality. She’s truly one of the best!

Have lived here a little over a year now. When we first moved in, Fredy was the office manager and things were not bad. We had the occasional roach issue but it was manageable by having pest control come out once a month. We just renewed our lease, with a price increase. But things have gotten so much worse. The people that live here are nasty. We've seen people leave whole bags of trash in the hall, there's constantly food wrappers and food itself left in the stairways and not cleaned for several days. People just throw their trash by the dumpster rather than put it in it. They have no respect for others, constantly running and screaming down the halls and stomping and banging on the floors when people live below them. Office does nothing about it now saying oh if it's between 7am and 9p

Review I’ve lived in this apartment for 9 months. I really enjoy this apartment because…. • Amazon Hub: I didn’t know about it but it’s very safe and convenient. • Modern laundry/dryer in our unit. • The Metro bus K6 & Ride on bus 16 are just in front of and behind the entrance. • The kitchen counter is nice. • Nice ceiling fans in each bed room and the dining room • Modern blinds, no strings:) • Swimming pool • Gym (most of time nobody is there) • Computer room, free prints • Little playground • Office people respond and solve problems very quickly. They are young, smart and friendly people. • Well organized website and system. • So much greenery around the apartment. I enjoy it from the window. Not only the main entrance but the back entrance, too. I’ve never seen or heard of any crime

Vanessa is the best!! I wasn’t sure about moving here at first but she definitely changed my mind. So kind and responsive she made my move process 10x better than I expected.

Excellent Apartment….. I have been living here for 3 years…. You’re not going to find a better apartment for the $$$$….. Maintenance men been here for 20 years …. complex is clean and free of pests…. We have an Awesome Gym and laundry facilities…. Also a pool… parking is not a problem….. residences mine there own business and are friendly…. there’s also a play area for your kids to play in…. The building is older, but well maintained with central heat and air and all utilities are included…. I don’t plan to move Anytime soon unless I move back to Georgia…. Be blessed
