1800 Ashley West

Listennnnnnnnnnnnnn, I have been to A LOT of places praying and hoping that I'm approved for an apartment to no avail, but the second I drove into the 1800 ASHLEY WEST Community, it felt like I was HOME ☺️. The signs posted around the entrance of the community gives you a warm welcoming feeling and at that point I knew this was it! Ms. Cynthia is so super cool, she gave me "Cuzo/Cuz'n vibes" like we hadn't seen each other in like forever, the BOND and KINDNESS is extremely REAL 🙏👌. Ms. Christa also was so incredibly nice and they are two beautiful souls that this property needed. ~Supportive management and encouraging professionalism ✨ Definitely would recommend this property for any potential future residents! Had a Lovely application process, got a comprehensive tour with all questions attentively answered by the radiant Cynthia in the front office! I felt immediately at home with a warm smile and a fresh cup of coffe; i cant wait to hear updates!

I want to start out saying this was and still is the best place I have lived. The Management is awesome. They work with you if you communicate and be patient yes everything is not going to be a 10 star Hollywood area but for the price and the space, the grills outside, pool area when the kids dont trash it up lol, just outside and inside its nice and worth it. Its quite. Im thankful for a routine potrol they have. They're fixing things up and everything is so nice. My daughter is 5 years old, She loves it here the neighbors are nice and when we have big family get-togethers it be so chill/exciting. You get a good walk in which a walk is healthy as well. I see us being here for a while.

First things first I would like to say if I could give 0 stars I would they aren’t even worth the 1 star! I’ve been here for a year & I’ve seen many different management in the office and many different maintenance men (who don’t fix anything they don’t even speak English the only thing they know what to tell you is “put in a service request” and even after then you wait MONTHS for anything to change). They have two ladies in the office who are more concerned about their looks than their job. Since my year of being here I’ve seen MANY people move in and out of here BACK TO BACK. The pricing is too high you can definitely find nicer and more spacious apartments for cheaper than their pricing (LOOK AROUND).
