I have lived here since August of 2024 and love living here. The apartments are new and modern. The property managers and Maintenace are very welcoming and accommodating. I have never had an issue getting something fixed and/or requests and suggestions listened to. I use all the amenities regularly and they are always in amazing condition. It has been carefree living for me and sometimes feels like I'm on vacation. Definitely considering renewing my lease.

My wife and I lived at 175 Main for over a year. The apartment staff were always kind and considerate. The apartment’s facilities made us feel like we were staying at a resort, which gave me a great sense of comfort and peace of mind. It was also wonderful that there were many convenient places nearby, such as grocery stores and restaurants. Another great advantage was that Highway 75 was very close and easily accessible. Although we are sadly moving to another place, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the staff at 175 Main.

The community is friendly and the staff is helpful. Maintenance is handled in a timely manner with respectful care. The complex grounds are well maintained with gorgeous flowerbeds and shrubbery. It’s like living in a high end resort! The grills and veranda and clubhouse are great places for gathering guests and family for food and fun! I recommend 175 Main for a safe place to live!

I have enjoyed living here for the past year! The Office Staff is extremely professional, outstanding, friendly, and goes beyond helpful to assist anyway they can to make your apartment experience their number one priority. The Maintenance Staff is exceptional as well. Any maintenance request you may have is addressed promptly within a 24 hour turnaround. The landscaping is beautiful which makes going out for a walk most enjoyable. The Exercise Room, Pool, Club House, and organized Community Events are frosting on the cake! You feel like you are at a resort, but living in an apartment! Carole and Shaun love to spoil their residents with kindness and nonstop hospitality!

If I could give no stars I would. This place does not care about the health of the residents and do not want to fix an actual problem with mold. It grows so rapidly. They just want to put a bandage over it and act like the problem is fixed. If you don’t want to get sick then avoid this place at all costs.
