I came into the office for a tour after being told about your community by one of my prospects. I came in on Saturday to see for myself, and I was greeted by Ah'lexus. She was so pleasant and helpful. I did not have my ID that day, so she provided me with the property information, pricing, and availability. She showed me a virtual tour online of your B1 floorplan. I appreciate all of her help. She was very knowledgeable, with amazing energy. I just wanted to give some credit to a fellow office girly.

Alexandria’s tour at 17 South Apartments was absolutely fantastic!! The moment I met her, her energy and positivity lit up the room just as much as the natural light coming through the windows. She was knowledgeable, welcoming and genuinely excited to show me the listing. Her attitude made the entire experience make me want to more in even more!! Do not live here. My buildings hot water heater went out in DECEMBER and we had zero water for 4 days and they didn’t once offer any sort of assistance nor did they care to add any sort of credit to the account due to the inconvenience of not being able to shower or use the bathroom (There wasn’t even any cold water to use) and then it was shut down again for another day and again- no access to any sort of resources and I asked the leasing office for a credit and they said it was above their paygrade but yet they didn’t know the regionals email address. The assistant manager said that we wouldn’t get a credit because the water wasn’t being used so we wouldn’t be charged for it anyways… THAT LITERALLY ISNT THE POINT. I haven’t lived long at 17 South but Ah'lexus has made me felt like family for the beginning. The apartments are high quality for the price and the costumer service the office provides is like no other.
