17 Social Apartments

I would like to leave my opinion about the service I received from Sierra. She was very attentive and has a very positive energy. The apartments are very beautiful and spacious. I am very happy with the support I received.

I would strongly caution anyone against living at 17 Social. The property has major safety and management issues, including a flooding incident from a blocked sprinkler system with no system to alert residents their units were being damaged or an alarm was ringing for 2 hours straight. Third-party vendors have entered my apartment unannounced and without the required maintenance escort — a clear breach of the lease. I’ve received camera alerts showing strangers inside my home while my dog and belongings were there, and items have gone missing. My dog now suffers from severe anxiety, and I’ve spent thousands on vet care directly because of these repeated intrusions. The building also has roaches and carpets that smell of urine and feces. We had such a great experience working with Syerra! She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process of touring and applying for our apartment. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure we understood everything clearly, and really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. Her professionalism and warm personality made the whole experience so much easier. We truly appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend working with her to anyone looking for a new home!

Amazing staff, clean apartments, quick maintenance, beautiful interior and exterior, also affordable. Close to medical facilities and Starbucks, great for working professionals and families. Also, the pool and gym are awesome.

My partner and I moved into a 2 bedroom unit. We love everything about living here. The noise outside the apartment are very muffled and the building is well insulated. The space inside of the apartments is tremendous throughout and the floor plans make good use of space providing walk-in closets, large bathrooms, and spacious bedroom, living rooms and kitchens. As a 250 lb man, having enough space in my kitchen to cook with loved ones comfortably is one of the things this apartment helps me with. I started living in Wilmington in 2021 and quickly realized how pest and bug problems are in general Wilmington housing circumstances .
