Moving from my home into a townhouse was an overwhelming and exciting experience for me. Management secured me with a townhouse and parking that fit my physical needs, at that time. The management at 1633 is always understanding to met the needs of the residents. I feel safe living in this community because there’s the fire department and police department, down the street. I’ve lived here going on 6 years and I think this community is a good fit for me.

My tour at 1633 on the Park was a great experience! Their leasing Anna, was extremely helpful by making sure all our needs were met prior, during, and after our tour. 1633 on the Park had spacious, modern, inviting townhomes for a reasonable price.

We moved here in June My Husband and our 4 children and our experience has been awesome! Yes there has been a few issues with it being brand new but the leasing manager Priti (hope i spelled it right) was phenomenal! She made sure everything was taken care of! And my kids love it! Very excited to see everything come together.....

Me and fiancé was looking for something not in the inner city but close enough to everything. The leasing Consultant helped us! She was very nice and she made us feel like we were already home. And to be quite frank she never made me nor my fiancé (male) feel uncomfortable. We appreciate the Elite fitness 30 day free trial Ms.Pretty gave us for the loss of the fitness room at the time of move in. We have no complaints. We will be renewing our lease!
