The management, administrative and maintenance department staffs are awesome! Irene was instrumental in resolving several issues, occurring at the same time, expeditiously. In one week, she managed and coordinated with the maintenance technicians, Timothy and Luis. They repaired plumbing problems in the bathroom, replaced my dead stove/oven with a NEW stove/oven and exterminated my apartment five days! Now I have a clean bathroom, and new kitchen appliances! Irene was so kind, she gave me gift card so I could purchase a special meal for the holiday season! I’m very happy and grateful for the Plenty of Places team!
